Glendyr Dade Properties keeps personal information so it can do the work of a residential estate agency. The office follows the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

A form on this site asks for your name, an email or a phone number, and your message. A valuation request also asks for the property address. The office keeps what you send so it can reply. Marketing messages stay optional, and that box starts unticked. The office does not sell or rent your details.

The enquiry form uses a short-lived cookie so the office can tell that the message came from this page. The pages also load their typefaces from Google Fonts. The site does not use advertising cookies.

The office keeps the information for as long as it needs to deal with your request and to meet its legal duties. You can ask the office to confirm what it holds, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Withdrawing permission for some uses can limit what the office is able to do for you.
